Emanuele Savasta (born 1984, Syracuse, Italy) is an Italian photographer. He developed an early interest in art and creativity, and his engagement with photography began while working on a poetry book, where he investigated the relationship between text and image. This experience marked the beginning of a visual practice rooted in narrative sensitivity and poetic inquiry.
He holds a degree in Literature and Philosophy and later completed a specialization in Art and Multimedia Production, with a thesis focused on photography.
Alongside his professional career as an air traffic controller in the Italian Air Force, since 2009 he has pursued an independent photographic practice, exhibiting his work in group and solo exhibitions in Italy and internationally.
His research is characterized by an intimate and narrative approach, in which photographic images engage in an ongoing dialogue with a poetic and reflective dimension.
